Returns and Exchanges Policy:
All sales are final. We do not issue refunds, accept cancellations, or exchanges. 

Damages and issues:
In the event of shipping damage, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at squeak@rodentnation.com within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.  Images and description of defects/damages must be provided for review.
