RODENTNATION pieces are ethically and sustainably produced in limited editions. 

ORDER PROCESSING: In stock items currently ship out within 7 days of placing your order.  Preorder items ship out within 2-4 weeks. Expect an email to let you know when your order is on the way.  Note: Mixing in stock and preorder items in an order may delay shipment of the in stock item(s).

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES: Shipping options and charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Shipping options and charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. RODENTNATION is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: All sales are final. We do not issue refunds, accept cancellations, or exchanges. 

In the event of shipping damage, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at squeak@rodentnation.com within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.  Images and description of defects/damages must be provided for review.
